|Full Cream Milk||1 Liter|
|Condense Milk||3 Tbsp|
|Green Cardamom Powder||½ Tsp|
|Vanilla Custard Powder||2 Tbsp|
|Mix Nuts||Chopped Half Cup|
Cut the edges of bread slices, and cut them again in triangle shapes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the bread until golden brown. In the meantime, in another deep pan, add full cream milk; let it simmer.
Now add sugar and condense milk; mix both well; add cardamom and mix well.
In a small bowl, dissolve the vanilla custard in water and add it to milk. Now stir quickly and thoroughly so that milk doesn’t create lumps.
Keep stirring and ad dissolved food color (dissolve the food color in 2 tbsp water) and stir until the food color has dissolved equally.
Add nuts to the mixture; now cook until it becomes thick enough.
Place the already fried bread in the serving bowl and add/pour the milk mixture.
Garnish with nuts.
