STUFFED CAPSICUM / QEEMA BHARAY SHIMLA MIRCH
|Cooking Oil||½ Cup|
|Onion||1 Medium Size|
|Ginger Garlic Paste||1 Tsp|
|Minced Beef||500 Gram|
|Capsicum||3 to 5 (Medium & Seedless)|
|Mozarella Cheese||Shredded for Topping|
|Turmeric & Red Chili Powder||1 Tbsp (Mixture)|
|Dry Coriander Seeds||1 Tsp (Crushed)|
|Cumin Powder||1 Tsp|
Heat cooking oil in a pan. Add onion and fry until it gets transparent.
Now add ginger garlic paste, mix well and fry a little till you can smell the aroma of ginger garlic.
Add mince beef, mix and cook till the color of the minced beef starts to change.
Fry and cook it for another 10 to 15 minutes, add Qeema Masala and rest of the spices. Mix and cook well for 10 minutes.
Add yogurt and mix again for another 10 to 15 minutes.
Stuff the seedless capsicums with the cooked minced beef. Top it up with mozzarella cheese. Place the stuffed capsicums in a steam pan. Steam it till the cheese melts.
Take out and serve.
