Cooking Oil ½ Cup
Onion 1 Medium Size
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
Minced Beef 500 Gram
Bitter Gourd (Karela) 3 to 4 (Medium & Seedless)
Mozarella Cheese Shredded for topping
Turmeric & Red Chili Powder 1 Tbsp (Mixture)
Dry Coriander Seeds 1 Tsp (Crushed)
Cumin Powder 1 Tbsp
Salt To Taste
Yogurt 1 Cup
White Vinegar 2 Cup
String For Tying the Stuffed Bitter Gourds


Peal the skin of bitter gourd (Karela) and take out the seeds and place it in a shallow bowl. Add salt, and white vinegar. Apply the mixture all over and inside the bitter gourds and soak for 2 Hours.

Heat cooking oil in a pan. Add onion and fry until it gets transparent.

Now add ginger garlic paste, mix well and fry a little till you can smell the aroma of ginger garlic.

Add mince beef, mix and cook till the color of the minced beef starts to change.

Fry and cook it for another 10 to 15 minutes, add Qeema Masala and rest of the spices. Mix and cook well for 10 minutes.

Add yogurt and mix again for another 10 to 15 minutes.

Takeout the bitter gourds from the soaking bowl. Stuff the seedless bitter gourds with the cooked minced beef. Tie it with the string to so that minced beef is stuffed inside nicely.

Heat the pan and add cooking oil. Shallow fry the bitter gourds until they turn brown. Donott fry it on very high flame as it might burn the texture and ruin the taste.

Take out and serve.
