Desi Ghee 1 Cup
Mutton 700 Gram with Bones
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tsp
Salt To Taste
Black Pepper Whole 6 To 8
Tomato 5 To 6


Heat desi ghee in a pan and add mutton. Cook until its color changes; then put ginger garlic paste, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it cook on normal flame for at least 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes; place tomatoes in the pan, close the lid and leave it for at least 10 minutes.

Remove the tomato skins, mash, and mix tomatoes.

Cook until the water in the pan dries and meat gets tender.
