|Minced Beef||500 Gram Meat + 200 Gram Fat|
|Onion||1 Small Chopped|
|Tomato||1 Seedless Chopped|
|Dry Pomegranate Seeds||1 Tbs|
|Red Chili Powder||1 Tbs|
|Crushed Red Chilies||1 Tbs|
|Crushed Dry Coriander||2 Tbs|
|Cumin Seed||1 Tbs|
|Garam Masala||1/2 Tbs|
|Ginger Garlic Paste||1 Tbs|
|Roasted Gram Flour||3 Tbs|
In a bowl, add minced beef, and all the ingredients. Mix well and let it rest for half an at least half an hour.
Make patties from the batter. You can make the Chapli Kebabs patties in any shape.
In a pan add some oil and shallow fry the patties gently. Fry until it gets brown from both side. Keep turning occasionally.
Serve with Salad and Chatni. (Sauce of your choice)
