|Desi Ghee||1 Cup|
|Onion||2 (Medium Size / Finely Chopped)|
|Ginger Garlic Paste||1 Tsp|
|Green Chili||For Garnishing|
|Coriander Leaves||For Garnishing|
|Red Chili Powder||1 1/2 Tsp|
|Cumin Seeds||1 Tsp|
|Turmeric Powder||1 Tsp|
|Black Pepper Powder||1 Tsp|
|Dry Coriander Seeds||1 Tsp (Crushed)|
|Red Button Chili||2 To 3|
|Coal||1 or 2 Inch Piece|
In a pan, add desi ghee and chopped onions. Cook and fry till onions get brown.
Add ginger garlic paste, and mix well with the onions.
Now add boneless beef and cook until the meat changes color.
Add salt, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, dry coriander seeds, red button chilies, and yogurt.
Cook until meat is tenderized.
Place a burning coal in the pan on a piece of foil paper. Add few drops of oil and close the lid for 4 to 5 minutes.
Take out the cooked meat in the serving bowl.
Garnish with onion, yogurt, coriander leaves and green chili.
