Minced Beef 500 Gram Meat + 200 Gram Fat
Burger Bun 2 Buns
Mint, Green Chilli &
Coriander Sauce
1 Tbs
Onion 1 Small Chopped
Tomato 1 Seedless Chopped
Dry Pomegranate Seeds 1 Tbs
Salt To Taste
Red Chili Powder 1 Tbs
Crushed Red Chilies 1 Tbs
Crushed Dry Coriander 2 Tbs
Cumin Seed 1 Tbs
Garam Masala ½ Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbs
Roasted Gram Flour 3 Tbs
Egg 1


In a bowl, add minced beef, and all the ingredients. Mix well and let it rest for half an at least half an hour.

Make patties from the batter. You can make the Chapli Kebabs patties in any shape.

In a pan add some oil and shallow fry the patties gently. Fry until it gets brown from both side. Keep turning occasionally.

Toast the burger bun from both sides.

Apply Green Sauce (Mint, Coriander and Green Chili paste). Place Chapli Kebab Patty, Add onion slices, and tomato slices.

Serve with fries, and sauces of your choice.
