|Red Chili Powders||1 Tsp|
|Cumin Powder||1 Tsp|
|Turmeric Powder||½ Tsp|
|Corn Flour||1 Tbsp|
|Onion Chopped||1 Tsp|
|Ginger Garlic Paste||1 Tsp|
|Coriander & Mint Leaves||½ Chopped|
In a bowl, add minced meat, all ingredients, and spices. Mix and knead well.
Apply the batter on a skewer in the shape of seekh kebabs (size can be according to your choice).
Shallow fry and turn occasionally.
When cooked from both sides take out in a dish to serve. Garnish with green chilies, onion, coriander and mint leaves. Serve with your favorite sauces.
