BEEF CHEESE BURGER
|Beef Mince||500 Gram (Half Kg)|
|Crushed Red Chilies||1 Tsp|
|Coriander Powder||1 Tsp|
|Ginger Garlic Paste||1 Tsp|
|Chopped Onion||1 Small|
|Cheese Slice||2 (or more if you like)|
|Worcester Shire Sauce||3 Tbs|
|Bread Crumbs||½ Cup|
In a bowl add all the spices and mix with minced meat. Now make a thick patty and let it rest for at least 25 minutes in the fridge.
Meanwhile, heat the pan put butter in it and toast the burger bun gently. After the bun is toasted, in the same pan take oil and shallow fry the patty from both sides. Turn occasionally, in the meantime spread and apply mustard paste or dressing of your choice on the bun and place the cooked burger patty.
Place onion rings, tomato slices, and a slice of cheese.
Serve with French fries.
