QEEMA BIRYANI

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cooking oil               1 cup
  • Chopped onion          1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste      1tsp
  • Minced meat             700gm
  • Salt  to taste
  • Turmeric powder         1 tsp
  • Red chili powder   1tsp
  • Cumin seed               1 tsp
  • Nutmeg and mace powder   1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder    1tsp
  • Button chilies        3 to 4
  • Crushed dry coriander    1tsp
  • Tomato chopped         1cup
  • Yogurt            1 cup
  • Green chilies           5 to 6
  • White boiled rice     2 cup
  • Fresh coriander and mint for garnishing

MAKING:

In a pan take 1 cups of cooking oil and make it warm then add chopped onion and wait till it gets transparent then add ginger garlic paste when aroma comes from pan then add mince and fry till it get light brown now add all the spices mention above mix them well and now put chopped tomatoes mix them well and fry them  after some time add yogurt and mix well then add some green chilies and mix them well after some time add full cooked white rice and mix well garnish with fresh coriander and mint take out in dish and serve hot.

BEEF CHEESE BURGER (500GM)

INGREDIENTS:

  • Beef mince 500
  • Salt to taste
  • crushed red chilies 1tsp
  • coriander powder 1tsp
  • GG paste 1tsp
  • Chopped onion 1 small
  • Egg 1
  • Cheese slice 1
  • Worcester shire sauce 3tbs
  • Bread crumbs ½ cups
  • Butter 1 tbs

MAKING:

In a bowl mix all the spices which is mention above in mince now make it thick patty and let it rest for atleast 25 mint in fridge   meanwhile in a pan heat the pan put butter in it and fry burger gently now in same pan take oil and shallow fry the patty from both side turn occasionally mean while spread mustard paste or dressing of your choice on bun and the put this patty inside the burger and put onion rings and tomato and slice of cheese in it serve with French fries

ENERGY BALLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • SEEDLESS DATE /petted dates         500gm
  • Honey                                               2tbs
  • Chopped mix nuts                        1 cup
  • Desiccated coconut                 garnishing

MAKING:

In a bowl put petted dates honey and mix nuts together and mix them well with your hands  now make round shape balls and rolled them in desiccated coconut

BREAD CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

  • White bread big slice       5 to 6
  • Whipped cream                1 pack
  • Pineapple slice                   1 tin pack
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Chocolate bounties

MAKING:

Cut the hard sides of bread slice and beat the cream till it get thick now put the cream on bread slice and put 1 slice of pineapple repeat this method 4 to 5 time now cover your whole cake with cream and garnish with chocolate syrup and bounties.

BREAD KHEER

INGREDIENTS:

  • Milk                   1.5 ltr
  • Sugar                 1 cup
  • Bread slice              5 to 6
  • Condense milk         1cup
  • Nuts                          1/2 cup chopped
  • Cardamom powder              1/2 tsp

MAKING:

In a pan add milk when it start simmering add sugar and let it dissolve in milk then add bread and cardamom and condense milk together and put nuts and  let it cooked on low flame for 20 minutes after it get thick take out in dish and garnish with some mix nuts.

CHAPLI KABAB (500GM +200GM FAT)

INGREDIENTS:

  • Beef qeema with fat
  • Onion 1 small chopped
  • Tomato 1 seedless chopped tomamtos
  • Dry pomegranate seeds 1tbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbs
  • Crushed red chillies 1 tbs
  • Crushed dry corriender 2 tbs
  • Cumin seed 1tbs
  • Grama masala 1/2tsp
  • GG PASTE 1tbs
  • Roasted gram flour 3 tbs
  • Egg  1

MAKING:

in a bowl put mince and mix all the ingredient mention above mix them well togather and let it rest for half an hour then make any shape of chapli kabab I made in 3 size you can make in 1 now in pan put some oil and sallow fry them it it get brown  and turn occasionally.

PINEAPPLE DELIGHT

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cream 1000 ml( aprox 5 packs)
  • Condense milk 1 cup
  • English tea biscuits 30 to 40 crushed
  • Pineapple tin 2 pack (8500gm)
  • CHERRIES 1 Tin

MAKING:

In a bowl put cream and condense mil together and mix well until it get thick in seprate serving bowl put crushed tea biscuits and layer them with cream mixture then put pineapple slices and seedless cherries and repeat this method 1 more time chilled in fried before serve.

 

PESHAWERI KARAHI

INGREDIENTS:

  • Desi ghee     1 cup
  • Mutton         700gm with bones
  • Gg paste               1tsp
  • Salt                         to taste
  • Black pepper whole        6 to 8
  • Tomato                      5 to 6

MAKING:

In a pan heat desi ghee and put mutton in it cook until its color change then put gg paste and salt and black pepper mix well and let it cooked on flame 20 minute after 20 minute add tomato in pan leave them for 10 minute the after that take out the tomato skin and mashed them in pan now cook until it get dry and meat get tendered

 

SEEKH KABAB

INGREDIENTS:

  • Mince with fat               600gm
  • Crushed coriander    1tsp
  • Red chili powders      1tsp
  • Cumin powder     1tsp
  • Salt               to taste
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Corn flour             1tbs
  • Onion chopped      tsp
  • Gg paste 1tsp
  • Coriander and mint leave    half cup chopped

MAKING:

In a bowl put mince and mix all the ingredient together and kneed well now take skewer and put this better in skewer in skeekh kabab shape now shallow fry and turn occasionally when cooked from both side take out in dish garnish with green chilies and serve hot

CHAPLI KABAB BURGER  (500 GM +200GM FAT)

INGREDIENTS:

  • Beef qeema with fat
  • Onion 1 small chopped
  • Tomato 1 seedless chopped tomamtos
  • Dry pomegranate seeds 1tbs
  • Salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 1 tbs
  • Crushed red chillies 1 tbs
  • Crushed dry corriender 2 tbs
  • Cumin seed 1tbs
  • Grama masala 1/2tsp
  • GG PASTE 1tbs
  • Roasted gram flour 3 tbs
  • Egg 1

MAKING:

In a bowl put mince and mix all the ingredient mention above mix them well togather and let it rest for half an hour then make any shape of chapli kabab I made in 3 size you can make in 1 now in pan put some oil and sallow fry them it it get brown  and turn occasionally   now in separate pan heat the bun and spread the green chatni on bun and put chapli kabab in it

 

DUM QEEMA

INGREDIENTS:

  • Oil                                               half cup
  • Onion                                        1 medium size
  • Gg paste                                     1tbs
  • Mince                                         500 gm
  • Qeema masala                         any brand 2 tbs
  • Dry coriander seeds                        1tsp
  • Cumin powder                               1tsp
  • Salt                  to taste
  • Yogurt                 1cup
  • Koila                 for dhowan

MAKING:

In a pan heat oil put onion and fry until get transparent now add gg paste and fry little when aroma come out put mince in it and fry let it Cooke in its own water when it start changes color fry it more now add any packet qeema masala and above mention spices mixed well and put yogurt   mix well again and put koile in middle on foil pepper and put some il on koila and put lead on it for some time now serve hot.

 

STUFFED CAPSICUM

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chesse
  • Capsicum   3 to 5

MAKING:

Same method above keema just stuffed capsicum with keema and then put chesses and let them sit in steam for some time.

 

KEEMA BHARAY KAREELAY

Same above method

MAKING:

Take a pan put salt and vinegar on karelas and leave them for an hour mean while prepare qeema filling put the keema inside the clean karelas and wrap it with thread and fry it till golden brown.

STRAWBERRY DELIGHT

INGREDIENTS:

  • Dairy cream                             1000gm whipped
  • Condensed milk                               1cup
  • Marry biscuits (BISCUITS OF UR CHOICE)              4 TO 5 ROLE pack
  • Strawberries                                                                        700grm

MAKING:

In a bowl put whipped cream and condensed milk and mix well in another deep pan layer the biscuits and put cream mixture on biscuits and the strawberries repeat this method one more time and garnish with your choice of frosting cream.

 

MUTTON SHAHI QOURMA

INGREDIENTS:

  • Mutton with bones                                     500 grm
  • Gg paste                                            1 tbs
  • Red chilli powder                      1.1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder      ½ tsp
  • Mace and nutmeg powder    1 tsp
  • Coriander powder     1tsp
  • Cumin powder              1 tsp
  • Green cardamom                     3 to 4
  • Black cardamom                        2 to 3
  • Cinnamon                                    2 sticks
  • Almond and cashew nut chopped                      ½ cup
  • Yogurt         250grm
  • Kewra water
  • Fried onino                                 1cup

MAKING:

Take a mutton in a bowl and marinate with above ingredients for atleast 2 hours or more now in pan heat oil and put the marinated mutton and Cooke on low flame when yogurt water start drying put already fried onion and the after some time add kewra water for aroma 1tsp and mix well cook for some time and take out the in dish serve hot

Note:  Meat will cook in its own water and yogurt water so no need to add water in it…..

 

CARAMEL CRUNCH CUSTARD

INGREDIENTS:

  • Brown sugar                          1.1/2 cup
  • Milk                            1.1/2 litr
  • Vanilla custard powder                     2tbs
  • Dairy cream                                                1.1/2 litr
  • Pound cake(tea)cake                     1 pack
  • Nuts                                                        for garnishing

MAKING:

In a pan put brown sugar and heat the sugar on very low flame so it will caramelized when it caramelized properly put milk in and let it dissolved in milk when caramel dissolve properly now ad already dissolve vanilla custard in it and stir till it get thick then take off from stove and let it cool down on room temperature and after some time put cream in it and mix well so no lump of cream left in another deep pan put pound cake in bottom and put this mixture in it now garnish with nuts and frost cream and put in refrigerator serve chilled for best taste

Note.  Carmel stick to the pan and will dissolve itself so no worries if it stick to the pan for while

 

TIRAMISU 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Icing sugar                      3 cups
  • Cream cheese                    1cup
  • Instant coffee                           2TBS
  • VANILLA Essences       1.2tsp
  • Coffee Essences            ½ tbs
  • Heavy whipped cream                4cup
  • Lady finger biscuits                                  2 packs
  • Unsweetened coca powder

 

MAKING:

In a bowl put whipped cream and whipped it till it become thick now add icing sugar cream cheese vanilla essence and   mix well in another bowl take instant coffee and dissolve in 2cups of water now take a deep bowl deep lady finger biscuits in instant coffee and place in deep bowl and then add layer of cream mixture and dust with unsweetened cocoa powder repeat the procedure again and put in refrigerator overnight  before serving…….always serve chill.

SHAHI TUKRAY

INGREDIENTS:

  • Oil                              quarter cup
  • Bread slices                     4 to 5
  • Full cream milk                1ltr
  • Sugar                to taste
  • Condense milk                        3tbs
  • Green cardamom powder         1/2tsp
  • Vanilla custard powder                2tbs
  • Food colour                                    pinch of
  • Mix nuts                                       chopped half cup

MAKING:

Cut the bread sides and give them triangle shape then in a pan heat oil and fry the bread until golden brown meanwhile in another deep pan add full cream mil and let it simmer now add sugar and condense milk in it mix well and after some time add cardamom again mix well in a small bowl dissolve the vanilla custard and  in water and put in milk now stir quickly so othe wise lump will be create in milk    now stir well and add dissolve food color and ad nuts now  cook until i  become thick ..in deep pan put already fried bread and pure milk mixture on it garnish with nuts and serve chilled.
