Right Bite Trail Mix

20g dry cherries
32g dry apricot
60g dry pineapple
4ml olive oil
32g brown sugar
8g Cajun spices
32g raw sliced almond

Preparation Method:

  • Cut all the fruits and nuts into small cubes
  • Arrange on baking tray and roast for 10 minutes
  • In the saute pan, melt the sugar with olive oil, then saute the nuts and fruits, and stir in the Cajun spices
